Show Me the Body Release New Track “Eat For Peace”
Show Me The Body have returned with a brand-new single titled “Eat For Peace.” The song is the latest preview from the New York-based noise and hardcore collective’s forthcoming fourth studio album, Alone Together.
The album is scheduled to arrive on July 10 through Loma Vista Recordings, and “Eat For Peace” serves as the third single released from the project so far.
New Song Sets the Tone for Alone Together
According to vocalist Julian Cashwan Pratt, “Eat For Peace” holds a central place on the upcoming record because it opens the album and introduces its core message.
Pratt explained that the track represents the first idea the band wants listeners to hear on Alone Together. He described its message as a defining statement for both the album and the group itself, centered around the belief that “radical love compels me to fight.”
That line, he said, acts as the record’s guiding principle and reflects the energy and purpose behind the band’s latest era.
London Headline Show Announced
Along with the release of “Eat For Peace,” Show Me The Body have confirmed a new London headline show. The performance will take place at The Cause on June 30, presented by Outbreak.
The London date will follow the band’s upcoming run of European tour dates, giving fans another opportunity to see the group live before their next major touring stretch begins.
North American Tour Coming in September
Show Me The Body are also preparing for a major 23-date North American tour this September. The tour will include a hometown performance at Webster Hall in New York.
That Webster Hall show is especially notable because it will feature no stage barrier, marking the first time in more than a decade that the venue has hosted the band in that format. The decision is expected to create a more direct and intense live experience between the band and their audience.
With “Eat For Peace,” Show Me The Body continue building anticipation for their upcoming album Alone Together. The track introduces the record’s message of radical love, resistance, and unity, while the band’s newly announced London show and upcoming North American tour suggest a powerful live chapter ahead.
